Material + technology + finish
The detail is the product.
“Plastic card” can mean a simple printed PVC card, a contactless card with an embedded antenna, a magnetic card that must work with existing readers, or a showpiece business card with a specialist surface. We specify those parts separately so you know what you’re buying.
- Material: white PVC, clear, frosted or a verified alternative.
- Technology: QR, barcode, magnetic stripe, NFC/RFID or none.
- Personalisation: names, numbers, photos or unique codes.
- Finish: matt, gloss, signature panel or specialist sample finish.
Plastic with a purpose
Cards with more than one life.
For organisations thinking carefully about materials, we separate three honest ideas: using verified recycled content, reissuing compatible cards, and making durable cards people choose to keep.
“I used to be…”
Selected card bodies made with documented recycled plastic. The exact percentage and source appear in the product specification.
Explore the material →Return. Erase. Reissue.
Compatible rewritable cards can be cleared and issued again, subject to the printer, stock and data-erasure process.
Made to be kept
Durable membership, loyalty and business cards designed for repeated handling rather than a brief encounter.
Specific claims only
No vague green labels. We state the material, recycled-content percentage, limitations and realistic end-of-life route.

Build it. See it. Move it.
Add text and images directly to the card, drag them into place, switch between the front and back, and download a visual proof.
How it works
Clear before clever.
Smart features only help when they match the system you already use. Compatibility is checked before anything is promised.
Define the job
Use, quantity, deadline and the equipment or software it must work with.
Choose the build
Material, thickness, finish, technology and personalisation.
Approve the proof
Check artwork, safe areas, variable fields and a production specification.
Print & verify
Produce the cards and test agreed functional elements before dispatch.

Before you choose.
Are these genuinely plastic cards?
Yes—the core proposition is printed plastic card stock, not a normal paper business card with plastic lamination. The exact substrate and construction will be stated in the quotation.
Can every card include NFC, a chip or a magnetic stripe?
No. Each technology needs compatible card stock, printing, encoding and a receiving system. Tell us what the card must work with and we will confirm what is suitable before quoting.
What is the standard plastic card size?
The widely used ID-1 reference size is 85.60 × 53.98mm, commonly around 0.76mm thick. Some print products are described as 86 × 54mm. Final size, thickness and tolerance should always be confirmed for your stock and reader.
Can you PPF or ceramic coat a plastic business card?
That is the experimental showcase idea behind the brand. It can create a memorable demonstration piece, but the film or coating may affect thickness, flexibility, edges and contactless performance. We would treat it as a sampled specialist finish, test it first and keep it away from functional areas unless proven compatible.
Are plastic cards recyclable?
That depends on the exact material and the facilities available to the customer. We will not use broad “eco-friendly” wording without evidence. Any recycled-content, recyclable or biodegradable claim must be matched to documented stock and clear disposal guidance.
