Overview
Paper badges crease, smudge and get swapped. A plastic pass stays readable all weekend and can be collected and reused for the next event if you design it that way.
Most events need a visual check (name, role, zone colour) plus a scannable code. QR codes and barcodes work with phone cameras and handheld scanners; NFC suits higher volumes or existing access readers. Print each delegate’s name and zone from a spreadsheet, or keep a stock of generic passes for walk-ups.
Sizes
Standard CR80 cards fit wallets and existing holders. Larger badge formats — 70 × 100mm, 100 × 70mm, 120 × 80mm and A7 (74 × 105mm) — read better on a lanyard. Tell us the holder you use and we’ll match it. Lanyards and pouches can be specified as an add-on.
